    • Completely filled and signed claim form
    • An FIR in case of accidental damage
    • Copy of your bike insurance policy document
    • Copy of a valid driving license
    • The original bill, cash receipt and proof of release
 
How to file a claim when your bike gets stolen?
You need to do the following when such an incident occurs and you have an insured two wheeler:
    • Immediately inform your bike insurance company that your bike is stolen
    • Lodge an FIR at the nearest police station
    • Fill the claim form and submit it
    • Give the bike keys, drivers license copy, bike insurance copy and the RC book of your bike
    • Submit the FIR copy along with the ‘No trace report’ to the insurance company
